Greyed-out dates are already booked. Pick a free window of three nights or more and we’ll confirm by email within 24 hours. Two-night stays may be possible at quieter times — drop us a note and ask.
Booking direct skips the Airbnb service fee (typically 14–16% on top of the nightly rate). You also get a personal reply from us — not an automated system — and we can flex on small things like late check-in or an early hello to the dog.
Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am, self check-in via lockbox. Three nights is the usual minimum (two sometimes possible at quieter times). One small or medium, well-behaved dog is welcome by prior agreement, with a small charge per stay. Cancellation: free up to 30 days before arrival; within 30 days the first night is non-refundable — and if plans change, talk to us first: we’d rather move your dates than lose your stay.
