Two adults plus one small or medium dog. The Hayloft is set up for couples and is not suitable for children or infants — we have one bedroom, one bathroom, and the design is built around two people.
Three nights is our usual minimum. Two-night stays may be possible at quieter times — please ask when you enquire and we’ll let you know.
Yes — one small or medium, well-behaved dog is welcome by prior agreement. There’s a small charge per stay (we’ll confirm the amount when we reply). Please mention your dog in your enquiry.
Private off-road parking on the property, including the EV charging point (small additional fee for charging).
Check-in any time after 4pm. Check-out by 10am. Self check-in via lockbox — we send the access code and arrival details the day before.
All linens, towels, Wi-Fi (4G router), kitchen essentials (oil, salt, pepper, basics), wine fridge, and a welcome tray.
Yes — the Hayloft sits on the upper floor of a stable-style building, accessed by a flight of external stairs. It isn’t suitable for guests who can’t manage a staircase.
Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm are installed. There are exterior security cameras on the property (none indoors). The bedroom and bathroom are private.
No parties or events. No smoking anywhere on the property. No children or infants. One small or medium dog welcome by prior agreement (small charge applies).
Just yourselves. Maybe a bottle for the balcony.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Within 30 days, the first night is non-refundable. Get in touch directly for anything unusual — we’d rather find a workable date than lose your stay.

Yes — the Booking page shows the live Airbnb calendar. Booked dates are greyed out and the calendar refreshes hourly.
