Who you are booking with

Direct bookings for The Hayloft are offered by Mandy Mcpherson, Barton on the Heath, Moreton-in-Marsh, GL56 0PJ.

Your stay

A booking gives you exclusive use of the property for the agreed dates, together with the amenities listed on the website, including bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi. EV charging may be available for an additional fee, which will be confirmed before booking.

The Hayloft is for a maximum of 2 adults. One small or medium dog is welcome by prior agreement, with a small additional charge per stay (the amount will be confirmed when we reply). The property is not suitable for children or infants. Parties, events and extra guests are not permitted.

Our usual minimum stay is 3 nights. Two-night stays may be possible at quieter times by request — please ask when enquiring and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Access is by self check-in using a lockbox, with details sent before arrival.

Booking and payment

Bookings are made directly: enquiry first, then written confirmation from the owner. A booking is only confirmed once availability has been agreed and payment terms have been met.

Cancellations

If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, any payments made will be refunded in full. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, the first night is non-refundable. If we can re-let the dates, we will always try to be fair.

Damage, loss and the unexpected

Please leave the house and its contents in the condition you found them. You are responsible for any avoidable damage, breakage or loss caused during your stay.

We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, utility failure, road disruption, illness or other force majeure events that make the stay impractical or impossible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
